Brentwood New Design-Build Modular Science Building
by Will
When students return to the Edna Hill Middle School for in-person classes they will enjoy a new state-of-the-art science and classroom building. The school in Brentwood, CA, had lacked dedicated science classrooms so they initiated a design-build procurement with JL Construction, in collaboration with JL Modular and Architect Brokaw Design.
The permanent modular building features eight classrooms, including four dedicated science classrooms with sinks and ceiling mounted power cords. There are four additional classrooms with partition walls for flexibility.
