Dwight Way Modular Child Development Center

A new 6,650 square foot Child Development Center has been completed, designed to support early childhood education with a focus on modern functionality and sustainability. This single-story modular facility includes four dedicated program rooms and a 3,500 square foot play yard, accommodating approximately 40 children aged 3 to 36 months. The prefabricated structure is set on a concrete slab, allowing for an efficient construction process that adheres to strict timelines.

Significant site re-contouring was carried out, including adjustments to the adjacent parking lot to improve accessibility and ensure emergency egress. The facility is also targeted for LEED Silver certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable building practices. This project showcases expertise in creating high-quality, eco-friendly educational spaces that meet the needs of young learners.
