Frank Paul Elementary School New 2-Story Modular Classroom Building

The successful completion of a new two-story modular classroom building marks a significant milestone. Spanning 14,640 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility includes five dedicated kindergarten classrooms with individual restrooms, alongside six standard classrooms. The design also features a teachers’ office and an observation room to enrich the educational experience.

Executed using the Design-Build methodology, the project streamlined construction and integrated all site work seamlessly, accelerating the timeline and enhancing collaboration between design and construction teams.
