Grace Patterson Elementary School’s New Administration & Multi-Use Building

The design and construction of two innovative modular buildings have significantly enhanced the school campus. At the core of the project is a 7,500 sq ft multi-use facility, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of functions. This multi-use building features a full-court basketball area with a roof engineered for a 56’ clear span and 22’ height, making it suitable for basketball, volleyball, physical education classes, and other events such as plays, performances, and assemblies.

The facility also includes a well-appointed cafeteria with a warming kitchen, equipped with a walk-in refrigerator, freezer, and overhead coiling counter doors for efficient service. A 1,500 sq ft library, complete with a computer lab, custom shelving, and a reception area, provides a dedicated space for student research and learning. The thoughtful design ensures the new buildings effectively meet diverse educational and recreational needs while improving the school’s infrastructure.
