Hart Middle School Modular Science Building

A unique modular building featuring six advanced science classrooms has efficiently been completed on an active campus. This project, executed under a lease-leaseback contract, is designed to significantly boost STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. Each 960-square-foot classroom is equipped with specialized lab tables, sinks, and ample storage, creating a dedicated and modern environment for scientific instruction.

Located strategically in the front parking lot to minimize disruption, this construction project faced unique challenges, including integrating new facilities into an existing school setting. Despite these challenges, the building was completed on time and within budget, marking a major enhancement to the school’s infrastructure. The new science classrooms not only elevate the learning experience but also support the school’s commitment to advancing its STEM curriculum.
