Healdsburg High School Modular STEM Building

JL Construction is excited to unveil its latest project: a 11,000 square foot STEM building tailored to elevate learning experiences in California schools. This design-build project encompasses dedicated classrooms for Science, Biology, Chemistry, and Construction Technology, each crafted to support an engaging and practical education. The facility features modern science prep rooms, secure chemical storage, and a double-loaded corridor to streamline movement and access. A significant highlight is the large covered outdoor work area, promoting hands-on learning and collaboration.

The building’s exterior boasts a combination of plaster and Hardie siding, complemented by storefront windows and sunshades to maximize natural light while minimizing glare. The built-up roof ensures durability and energy efficiency. This project exemplifies JL Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative educational spaces that meet the evolving needs of students and educators.
