La Mesa Elementary School New Classroom Building

Using DSA-prechecked plans, a four-classroom building was successfully designed and constructed to address increased enrollment. This project, one of two simultaneous efforts, replaced outdated temporary classrooms with modern, permanent facilities, featuring 960-square-foot classrooms to meet the growing needs of the school district, and was executed on an active campus.

Constructing on an occupied campus presented distinctive challenges, such as accessing the site adjacent to existing play areas. Through careful planning and execution, we ensured minimal disruption to the school’s daily activities.

The new classrooms not only enhance the learning environment but also support the district’s commitment to providing high-quality educational spaces. For schools and educational institutions in California looking to modernize their facilities, JL Modular offers reliable and innovative construction solutions tailored to your needs.
