North Salinas High School Administration and Classroom Building

The construction of this 26,000-square-foot, two-story facility represents a monumental shift for the campus, effectively replacing a legacy of aging portable classrooms with a sophisticated, permanent steel-framed structure. Designed to serve as a new architectural focal point, the building establishes a prominent main entrance and centralizes the school’s administration offices, creating a welcoming and professional gateway for students and visitors alike.

Within its modernized footprint, the project houses 18 instructional classrooms and a specialized sports medicine room, all supported by a comprehensive infrastructure that includes integrated restrooms, exterior stairways, and elevator access to ensure seamless circulation throughout the building. By bridging functional administration with high-density academic space, this project stands as a testament to the school’s commitment to providing a permanent and high-performance learning environment.
