San Benito High School Visual and Performing Arts Building

A cutting-edge two-story modular building dedicated to visual and performing arts has been completed, featuring six versatile classrooms and three specialized studio art rooms for various creative disciplines. The facility also includes a dedicated dance studio and a ceramics studio with outdoor kilns, providing students with advanced equipment and ample space to develop their skills.

In collaboration with AEDIS Architects and the school district, a design-build approach was employed to streamline the construction process. This resulted in a modern, functional space that integrates essential restrooms and administrative offices, all within a cohesive design that fosters a dynamic educational environment. This project highlights expertise in creating adaptable and inspiring spaces that address the evolving needs of educational institutions.
