Spring Lake Elementary School

An innovative educational facility was developed through collaboration with HMC Architects and Otto Construction, employing modular building techniques to create a modern learning environment tailored to the needs of a school district. The project encompasses an administration building, three kindergarten classrooms, eight classrooms with adjoining collaboration spaces, and a vibrant student center featuring a library.

Utilizing preapproved designs from the California Division of the State Architect, the construction process was streamlined, minimizing both time and costs. The facility supports a STEAM and project-based learning curriculum with flexible classroom layouts, mobile furniture, and outdoor learning areas. The design encourages collaboration and adaptability, aligning with contemporary educational goals and state initiatives.
