Construction of a new 20,000 square foot wine production facility including three barrel storage rooms, bottling, fermentation, tanks, and work areas. Wine production area included all process refrigeration, night air system, catwalks, compressed air, argon, and nitrogen, hose stations, and process waste system. The facility also included administrative offices, research and development laboratory, and a conference room with wine storage and tasting bar.
