
New 2-Story Modular Building Opens at San Benito High School

The new Visual and Performing Arts Building at San Benito High School in Hollister, CA, opened in January. The modular school building was designed by Aedis Architects and Byrens Kim Design Works and built by JL Modular employing design-build project delivery. The design features a clay tile roof, clock tower and arches that reflect the classic mission-style architecture of the high school.
The two-story modular Visual and Performing Arts Building includes:
- • six standard classrooms
- • three studio art rooms
- • dance studio
- • ceramics studios with outside kilns
- • associated restrooms and offices
